We are lönelotsarna!

Lönelotsarna is a network of experts with extensive experience in the fields of salary reviews, job evaluation and wage setting. We offer consultancy support and are active in the debate on gender equal salaries in the Swedish labour market.

Lönelotsarna was founded by Marie Trollvik, Anita Harriman and Lena Johansson and they are also the authors of the reports we regularly publish highlighting the structural wage gap between women and men in the Swedish labour market (only available in Swedish).

The active consultants in Lönelotsarna supporting employers in conducting salary reviews are Marie Trollvik, Ulf Larsson and Sara Jonasson Ginters.

Technical support for Lonelots is free of charge and provided by Arne Nilsson.
