analys lönelots - a free of charge and user friendly tool for a qualitative and efficient salary review

Analys Lönelots is a free of charge tool that has all the functions that are required in a salary review. Anyone can download the tool and use it. The tool is suitable for both small and large organizations and is easily adjustable of all kinds of organizations.

Analys Lönelots consists of two parts:

• A job requirements system to evaluate what jobs are equivalent. The system is based on the three main areas that the Discrimination Law stipulates are mandatory to use: knowledge and skills, responsibility, and effort.

• A salary analysis function that provides the tables and diagrams required to survey and analyse salaries in equal and equivalent jobs.

Once a month we have an open demo of Analys Lönelots, in Swedish. The dates for the demos during the first half of 2025 are: 14/1, 4/2, 4/3, 1/4, 6/5 och 3/6.
